Anger is an emotion or feeling that ranges from mild irritation to intense rage. Sometimes people will confuse anger with open aggression which can become violent, causing injury to another person or damage to property. Anger can also take the form of passive aggression and appear quiet or even silent. The person is still out to win and may cause harm by purposely sabotaging others by non-involvement or just simply not showing up for something important. Both open aggression and passive aggression can cause problems in relationships.
Next time I will discuss the myths about anger. If you want to read about the myths, we have added a free ebook on anger to our website. You can find it here: Anger Management Ebook
