• Constructive Steps for Dealing with Anger – Johnny Hart

    Step 1: Recognize it. –

    How often do you feel angry? What happens that seems to trigger those feelings? What physical signs do you notice?

    Step 2: Take Responsibility for your Anger. –

    Do you use accusation and blame towards others to remove responsibility from yourself? Or do you admit you have a problem expressing your feelings in proper ways and then try to do better?

    Step 3: Yield Control. –

    Do you allow anger to dominate you? Are you willing to turn your anger over to the God?
