Step 1: Recognize it:
How often do you feel angry? What happens that seems to trigger those feelings? What physical signs do you notice?
Step 2: Take Responsibility for Your Anger
Do you use accusation and blame towards others to remove responsibility from yourself? Or do you admit you have a problem expressing your feelings in proper ways and then try to do better?
Do you allow anger to dominate you? Are you willing to turn your anger over to the God?
